The Sensuality of Tea is a 7-day journey through the senses guided by Mariana. You can go through the material in as quickly as 7 days, or take your time and go even deeper with each lesson. It's YOUR journey, so you can dive in however you like!

Each sense deep-dive goes into how we work with this sense in the world, how it is applicable to tea, and includes exercises for how to further activate the sense in your day-to-day life.


The course runs through the senses like this:
Day 1: The Sensuality of Tea Introduction
Day 2: Seeing Tea
Day 3: Smelling Tea
Day 4: Tasting Tea
Day 5: Hearing Tea
Day 6: Touching Tea
Day 7: The Sensuality of Stillness

This course can be done as many times as you want, switching up variables like tea choice, brewing method, music, etc, each time. There's so much room to make it your own and invite these practices into your life in a permanent way!

How did this course come to be?


       Each time I teach Start Your Own Tea Practice the theme and collective energy of the container is different. In August 2020, the group was so in touch with their bodies and the theme that revealed itself was exactly this–the sensuality of Tea. We explored tea through our senses and deeply connected with the physically pleasurable aspects of tea practice

And it was SOOOO good!!!


So I wanted to share it with all of you & made it into its own bundle.
